Welcome to Blogmas Day 19!

Tonight myself, Chris, my parents, my brother and his girlfriend went for a meal at prezzos before watching Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs!

It was such a fun night which involved food, family, my boyfriend and the pantomime which I've attended every year since I was about 3 years old. Only this time I brought someone along with me to join in on the fun and laughter!

My favourite - glass of rosé with Roberta (of course we bought a bottle between my mum, Roberta and I!)

For my main course was this yummy spaghetti with prawns. I decided to go for the lighter option because it came with a bowl of salad which is yummy and healthy!

Welcome to Blogmas Day 17!

I have decided to only post Blogmas posts when I've done something interesting on the day instead of writing for the sake of it which is what I feel I have been doing.

Not for all of my Blogmas posts, but a few I posted because I'm posting everyday which is what Blogmas is. However this is my first time at attempting Blogmas and I'm finding it quite difficult to write a post for the sake of it as it's not really me. I want my posts to be fun which is what blogging is, writing about either things you've done or make you happy that you feel the need to share it with anyone who reads them.

On the 17th my boyfriend Chris and I decided to spend our date night at Winter Wonderland!

It was such a magical night and there wasn't anyone else I would rather had spent it with.

We took loads of selfies (too many!) but that's because we were having such a great time! Photos are a great way of capturing any special moment so that when you look at it, you will be grinning from ear to ear.

So bright and colourful!

We wanted to ask someone to take a picture of us but were worried they might run off with our phones haha!

Because Chris wanted a selfie of us with both the Christmas Tree and the Moon in the background! ❤️❤️

We had booked tickets for the Magical Ice Kingdom!

Hello my lovelies and welcome to Blogmas Day 14!

Before I broke up from Uni for the Christmas holidays me, my girls and boys had a student night at Clapham Grand.

This is a once a month event but this time because of the time of year, it was Christmas themed.

This was such a special night as it was spent with everyone I wanted. Everyone that I'm close to were there and that's the way I'd like to spend the season. With those who make me the happiest!

I am so glad to have got close to these girls during the first term of my second year at uni, they make me smile!

Welcome to Blogmas Day 13!

You're all probably thinking 'it's the 13th and you're only just putting up your Christmas Tree?..'

We normally put our tree up and the rest of the decorations on the 1st so we aren't scrooges! Only this year, my parents have decided to have an extension built so the house is a bit hectic right now and we have had no room for the tree!

Now I obviously couldn't let it get any later and my mum agreed. Although I think it was more to shut me up about how the decorations were still not up than because of how late it was getting..

So therefore because of me today is the day we put up our tree and covered it from head to toe in glitter and sparkles and baubles oh my!

Before the tree was decorated, Chris and I spent the day painting the undercoat on the walls for the new room.

So therefore, we both had rollers dripping with paint I thought it would be a nice idea to decorate his outfit.

Although, this resulted in payback.

At least now, our outfits are unique.

Once we showered up we put on Elf and Michael Buble's 'Christmas' album because decorating the tree can't be done without a Christmassy background.

I couldn't reach the very top for the star to sit in her rightful place so I needed a little help!

Had to take a cute snuggly selfie in front of our work!

Now my mum won't have to hear anymore of me saying 'the tree's still not up'..

Happy 12th day of Blogmas!

Today I am going to share with you my favourite way to start the day when I stay at my boyfriend's during the colder months.

I'm not sure about you, but my mornings always have to begin with coffee. 

Chris and I are the ultimate coffee lovers, we cannot begin the day without one!

Ever since I tried a ham omelette in Majorca for our first holiday together, I love them.

However a massive fry up is another one of our favourites. Two fried eggs and two rashes of bacon in a sandwich is our guilty pleasure.

Pancakes are another absolute favourite of mine.

I haven't had them in a while so finding them this morning was a very happy moment!

I enjoy coating them with butter and sometimes a cheaky splurge of syrup.

I then shower and wash my hair using Tresemme. This smells gorgeous and leaves the hair feeling super soft. Although the scent is quite strong so think of it as like marmite.

The body wash I am using right now is Snow Fairy shower gel from lush. As I said in a lush haul, this smells strongly of candyfloss so if you're not a fan, I wouldn't recommend! However this will be your holy grail if the smell of Candy Floss makes you happy.

Before I start my makeup I check my brushes and clean the dirtiest ones. Today, as you can see in the picture, I cleaned my sponge applicator, contour, blush and bronzer brushes. 

If I'm having a lazy day I'll sit them on a towel to air dry throughout the day. However because I was getting ready to go out, I towel dry them.

After leaving them to dry for a bit I begin my makeup.

On my face today I am wearing

My ultimate fav - the Mac Studio Fix: This has great coverage but still feels lightweight. I blend it in with my sponge applicator and buffing brush afterwards to ensure there are no patches. 

Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer: A few dabs of this under the eyes, round and on top of the nose to highlight. Blended in also with my sponge applicator.

The Collection Gorgeous Glow: Using a blusher brush I swipe this on my cheekbones giving them a hint of shimmer and pink glow.

The Max Factor Gorgeous Berries creme blush: Also applied with my blusher brush to adding a warm glow to my cheekbones.

Eyes

Urban Decay Smoked Palette

Kinky: I apply this shade as a creamy base as I am going for a more natural eye look.

Freestyle: Worked into the crease as natural shadowing.

Barlust: Applied in the lid, outer corner and under the lower lash line.

Mushroom: To darken my eyebrows.

Maybelline Lash Sensational: For upper and lower lash line.

Urban Decay 24/7 glide on eye pencil: For my bottom waterline

Rimmel Scandal Eyes Micro Liner: To create a thick line above my upper lash line and cat flick at the end.

Due to the Christmas season, warm lips are a must. 

In the image above is the Tanya Burr 'Berry Picking' lipgloss. It's a gorgeous shade of red with a glossy/shiny finish.

Hello my lovelies and welcome to Blogmas Day 11!

In my last post I gave you some ideas on Christmas Jumpers to buy for your man which retail under £20 so today I am going to show you a collection Christmas Jumpers that are sold for Women.

New Look has some lovely jumpers on the website. I love this one costing £14.99 which says 'Sparkle All The Way' surrounded by stars. The Christmas Season screams sparkle which is one of my favourite parts. Sparkly dresses, tops etc - Love! I also love the cream and gold colours together which reminds me of sparkling snow.

Another Festive jumper from New Look is this Seasons Tweetings jumper also retailing at £14.99. This has three adorable robins wearing santa hats on a cream background. The fabric looks quite thin so I would definitely layer it with perhaps a top underneath, scarf and a thick coat. 

This is definitely on my wishlist!

After finding out what Christmas Jumpers H&M have to offer I fell in love with this Knitted jumper with a penguin on the front. He looks sooo cute who wouldn't want to have a penguin as this year's Christmas jumper?! For only £12.99 I'd say this would be the perfect gift for an animal lover (not exactly rare to find), or your girlfriend.

Onto Boohoo, which is a website you cannot miss out, I found this Reindeer jumper costing £15.00. I love the colours included in this and it looks super snuggly! There's something about detailed but simple Christmas jumpers that I like ..

Another Reindeer patterned jumper from Boohoo and also costing £15.00 is a longer version of the one before.

This is covered in snowflakes and reindeers coming in 4 different colours, all in which look me super Christmassy!

There is a selection of Festive Jumpers that caught my eye from a few websites.
