Hello everyone!

Today I am going to be sharing with you all what I've been up to throughout July!

It's kind of like a monthly favourites but monthly events!

The next day and the next exciting thing that happened in July, my parents and I went to see The Sound Of Music at the Marlowe Theatre!

We'd only booked the tickets the day before so we were incredibly lucky to be able to find seats!

We had booked a table at The Green Room before the show which is a restaurant inside the theatre and the food was lovely.

I ordered the pork with vegetables for main, the Panna Cotta for dessert and a glass of prossecco!

The show itself was absolutely amazing and professionally done!

I watched the film that afternoon before the show and realised that some parts were taken out merely because the film is 3 hours long!

Nevertheless, the show sustained it's professional standards and the singing was amazing!

The last event which happened in July was my boyfriend Chris's parent's anniversary!
To celebrate, the four of us went for dinner at a pub near my University in Roehampton where the food is always incredible!
I didn't snap a picture of my main course as I was halfway through before I realised I forgot to take a picture!
I had sausages with mash potato in onion gravy and it was amazinnnnnggggg! My mouth is watering as I imagine it!
Then for desert Chris and I shared this strawberry cheesecake which was once again amazing!
It was such a lovely evening which I won't forget!

I really enjoy writing posts like this as it helps me to remove any negative thoughts on my mind by realising how lucky I am to be able to do nice things, especially with family.

Welcome to Blogmas Day 19!

Tonight myself, Chris, my parents, my brother and his girlfriend went for a meal at prezzos before watching Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs!

It was such a fun night which involved food, family, my boyfriend and the pantomime which I've attended every year since I was about 3 years old. Only this time I brought someone along with me to join in on the fun and laughter!

My favourite - glass of rosé with Roberta (of course we bought a bottle between my mum, Roberta and I!)

For my main course was this yummy spaghetti with prawns. I decided to go for the lighter option because it came with a bowl of salad which is yummy and healthy!

Happy 12th day of Blogmas!

Today I am going to share with you my favourite way to start the day when I stay at my boyfriend's during the colder months.

I'm not sure about you, but my mornings always have to begin with coffee. 

Chris and I are the ultimate coffee lovers, we cannot begin the day without one!

Ever since I tried a ham omelette in Majorca for our first holiday together, I love them.

However a massive fry up is another one of our favourites. Two fried eggs and two rashes of bacon in a sandwich is our guilty pleasure.

Pancakes are another absolute favourite of mine.

I haven't had them in a while so finding them this morning was a very happy moment!

I enjoy coating them with butter and sometimes a cheaky splurge of syrup.

I then shower and wash my hair using Tresemme. This smells gorgeous and leaves the hair feeling super soft. Although the scent is quite strong so think of it as like marmite.

The body wash I am using right now is Snow Fairy shower gel from lush. As I said in a lush haul, this smells strongly of candyfloss so if you're not a fan, I wouldn't recommend! However this will be your holy grail if the smell of Candy Floss makes you happy.

Before I start my makeup I check my brushes and clean the dirtiest ones. Today, as you can see in the picture, I cleaned my sponge applicator, contour, blush and bronzer brushes. 

If I'm having a lazy day I'll sit them on a towel to air dry throughout the day. However because I was getting ready to go out, I towel dry them.

After leaving them to dry for a bit I begin my makeup.

On my face today I am wearing

My ultimate fav - the Mac Studio Fix: This has great coverage but still feels lightweight. I blend it in with my sponge applicator and buffing brush afterwards to ensure there are no patches. 

Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer: A few dabs of this under the eyes, round and on top of the nose to highlight. Blended in also with my sponge applicator.

The Collection Gorgeous Glow: Using a blusher brush I swipe this on my cheekbones giving them a hint of shimmer and pink glow.

The Max Factor Gorgeous Berries creme blush: Also applied with my blusher brush to adding a warm glow to my cheekbones.

Eyes

Urban Decay Smoked Palette

Kinky: I apply this shade as a creamy base as I am going for a more natural eye look.

Freestyle: Worked into the crease as natural shadowing.

Barlust: Applied in the lid, outer corner and under the lower lash line.

Mushroom: To darken my eyebrows.

Maybelline Lash Sensational: For upper and lower lash line.

Urban Decay 24/7 glide on eye pencil: For my bottom waterline

Rimmel Scandal Eyes Micro Liner: To create a thick line above my upper lash line and cat flick at the end.

Due to the Christmas season, warm lips are a must. 

In the image above is the Tanya Burr 'Berry Picking' lipgloss. It's a gorgeous shade of red with a glossy/shiny finish.

Hello my lovelies and welcome to Day 10!

December is shooting by and although it excites me because Christmas is getting nearer and nearer, I am still not finished with my presents.

I have been super busy with University Assessments, present buying etc. The gifts I have got for my boyfriend require alot of time though I know it will turn out great! Although I would love to share with you my gift ideas for him, I am worried he will read it on here so I will be sure to share it with you after Christmas!

How can you go through Christmas without a festive jumper? One must be worn on Christmas day otherwise what is the point? I really enjoyed finding different styles of jumpers for this post as it has given me ideas for presents and I hope it does for you aswell :)

The first festive jumper I came across for men is this cute Elf 'Elfie' which has been reduced to £10.00 from New Look!

This is so cute and I love the play on the word 'Elf' by calling it an 'Elfie'!

Next I went over to Boohoo's website to see what they have to offer. I firstly came across this cute Rudolf jumper in either red or green which is super cute! This only costs £15.00!

Also for £15.00 is this Harry Potter style Christmas jumper which says 'Merry Christmas Ya Filthy Muggle'. This could be an ideal present for a Harry Potter fan!

From H & M I found this adorable/comedic penguin jumper costing £14.99. It has a cute penguin on ski boards and a speech bubble of him saying 'It's all downhill'. I personally think it's a cute and funny jumper which could be perfect for someone who skis or loves penguins!

Another nice idea on presents for your boyfriend is a wallet, especially if he needs a new one. I found this one from New Look only costing £11.99 and if you're a student you'll get money off which isn't bad at all. Some people might say £11.99 is quite a bit of money to spend on a wallet which doesn't have a posh brand name, for example; DKNY. But for the quality I think it's worth it, if not just as nice as something from a more expensive store.

Hats are always a nice present, this one from New Look only costs £4.99 and comes in four different colours. If your guy loves beanies, this would be a good stocking present.

Another joke present! These festive boxers would be a great stocking filler present to get your man in the festive spirit!

Jumpers are the best. They're super snuggly and are always essential in the colder months. For £17.99 from New Look this could be wrapped up as a stocking filler or as part of the main present. Or, if your man is a Christmas lover, you could buy him a festive jumper to open in the morning so he can then wear it all day!

Hello once again my lovelies and happy 5th December!

Can I just say how much I am enjoying eating one small chocolate a day, seeing my belly get bigger and bigger is how you know what season it is and that because you're not pregnant, it won't go away just like that after the 25th. 

Oh the joy

Today I am going to answer some Christmassy questions that you can answer yourself in ablog post if you wish!

1. What is your favourite Christmas movie?

If you haven't already seen my Blogmas Day 1 post where I gave a very long list of films, my absolute favourite is probably The Santa Claus! But I don't want to offend the other Christmas films because the ones I listed in Blogmas Day 1 are all my favourites! I absolutely love a cosy night in with a hot chocolate and a Christmas film :)

2. Do you open your presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas Morning?

CHRISTMAS MORNING! I have only ever been allowed to open my presents on Christmas morning but if I had to choose, I wouldn't change it. It makes Christmas Day extra special! You spend the morning opening beautiful gifts that you can spend the day playing with or trying out. Also, I find it so much better with the early morning sun streaming through the windows making it feel more like Christmas as it brightens everyones spirits.

3. Do you have a favourite Christmas memory?

This has to be when my Dad dressed up as Father Christmas and gave me a new bike. I told everyone that Santa Claus visited me and felt so so happy.

4. Favourite Festive Food

I'm sure this will be everyone's answer (not to be a copycat) - pigs in blankets! Also, the Turkey, snacks that are laid out during the day before the big roast. 

5. Favourite Christmas Gift?

I have always loved makeup, so I get very excited to try out new products when I receive them! I also love getting new clothes, electronics or anything YouTube related!

6. Favourite Christmas Scent?

I love the smell of fresh Christmas Trees! Also, in my autumn Essentials I featured the yankee candle 'Savour The Season'. This is basically Christmas in a candle. It smells sweet and sugary - simply amazing!

7. Do you prefer giving presents or receiving them?

The process of gift hunting is my absolute favourite. I love finding presents when I know they will love it and make them happy. Seeing my closest/loved ones happy is what makes me happy.

8. Favourite Christmas Decorations?

I love decorating my room with fairy lights, see here. Mistletoes are super cute if you're in a relationship, Christmas tree (obviously!) covered from top to bottom in lights, baubles, any of course presents at the bottom. 

9. What's the best part about Christmas?

Having all your family together and happy. I love seeing everyone happy and being with my closest/loved ones. This year is mine and my boyfriend's first Christmas together and I am so excited!

10. Any Christmas Traditions?

Just that I have to watch every Christmas film because I can! I get told off if I watch them any other time of the year so I make the most of it!

Hello and welcome to my second day of Blogmas!

Today I am going to supply you with a gift guide for women consisting of different categoric gifts to buy for either your mum, girlfriend, wife if you are still undecided.

Some people think a woman/girl is much easier to buy for in the sense that there is a lot more to choose from. For example, a lot of women enjoy using makeup, candles, stylish clothes, jewellery (I think the list is never-ending!). However we still all have our own likes and dislikes merely because we are different, so although a woman may seem easy to buy for, it is a lot harder than you think unless you know them like the back of your hand.

The first place I would look for to see what gift deals they have on offer is Superdrug and Boots. This is an ideal beginning of your search as many women like makeup. I have a feeling that, if makeup was a person they would be super big-headed.

Obviously if the woman you are buying for is not into makeup, this wouldn't be a step you would need to take. You need to find something she will really like.

Another reason for my dangerous entrance to the Body Shop (the fear of how much money I end up spending is real) was to look at the Body Lotions. 

Next to the hand lotion I came across this Body Lotion, also with the new plum extract. The cosy and soothingness brought on by the smell was when I knew I had found exactly what I was looking for. I apply this after I've showered all over my body. It makes my legs feel super duper soft especially after they are freshly shaved. Like the hand cream, this also leaves extracts of glitter behind leaving me looking like a sparkling goddess (hair flick emoji).
